1-2

Step (R) forward, step (L) forward.

3&4

Step (R) forward, close (L) beside (R), step (R) forward.

5-6

Step (L) forward, step (R) forward.

7&8

Step (L) forward, close (R) beside (L), step (L) forward.

Arms:

Both arms are at chest height and move with each beat/step. Beat 1 - (L) arm across chest with palm to chest, (R) arm out to right side with palm forward. Beat 2 - Switch arms so (R) comes across chest & (L) goes out to left side. Continue to switch arms with each step/beat in this section.

Diagonal Steps Forward, Steps Back with Jazz Hips & Hands,

Cross, Unwind & "Tap-Tap-Step"

Step diagonally forward right on ball of (R), rolling the (R) hip as you lower (R) heel.

Step diagonally forward left on ball of (L), rolling the (L) hip as you lower (L) heel.

11-12

Step (R) back pushing (R) hip back, step (L) back pushing (L) hip back.

Arms:

Again, arms move with each step/beat. Beat 9 - Push both hands up to right diagonal with palms forward. Beat 10 – Push both hands up to left diagonal with palms forward. Beat 11 - Push both hands down to right diagonal with palms back. Beat 12 - Push both hands down to left diagonal with palms back.

13-14

Cross-step (R) over (L), unwind ½ a turn to left – weight ends on (R).

15&16

Tap (L) toe beside (R), tap (L) slightly to left side, step (L) further to left side.

Arms:

Beats 15&16 - At waist height with palms down, push both hands down three times moving to left as if bouncing a ball.

Right: Side-Step, Cross-Step & "Tap-Tap-Step",

17-18

Step (R) to right side, cross-step (L) over (R).

19&20

Tap (R) toe beside (L), tap (R) slightly to right side, step (R) further to right side.

Arms:

Beats 19&20 – At waist height with palms down, push both hands down three times moving to right as if bouncing a ball.

21-22

Step (L) to left side, cross-step (R) over (L).

23&24

Tap (L) toe beside (R), tap (L) toe slightly to left side, step (L) further to left side.

Arms:

Beats 23&24 – At waist height with palms down, push both hands down three times moving to left as if bouncing a ball.

Jazz Box with ¼ Turn, 2 x Syncopated Lock-Steps (Joey) & ¼ Turn

25-26

Cross-step (R) over (L), step (L) back.

27-28

Step (R) to right side making a ¼ turn to right, touch (L) toe beside (R).

29&30

Step (L) forward, lock (R) behind (L), Step (L) forward.

&31&32

Step (R) forward, lock (L) behind (R), step (L) forward making a ¼ turn to left.

Heel Bounces, Kick, Back-Rock & Triple-Step Turn Forward

Bounce (L) heel 3 times, take weight back onto (R) and kick (L) forward.

Rock back on (L), recover forward onto (R).

39&40

Travelling slightly forward make a full triple turn right – stepping (L), (R), (L).

Note:

Beats 39&40 may be replaced with a forward shuffle.

The "X-Walks" and Turns are performed towards the corners and not the walls!

Make an 1/8 of a turn right stepping (R) forward, step (L) forward – facing 7 o’clock.

Step (R) forward, pivot ½ a turn to left. – facing 1 o’clock.

Step (R) forward, step (L) forward – facing 1 o’clock.

Step (R) forward, pivot ¾ of a turn to left – facing 5 o’clock.

Step (R) forward, step (L) forward – facing 5 o’clock.

Dance the following steps once only after the 4th sequence

(you should be facing 12 o’clock when you start and finish these steps):

Make ¼ turn to left stepping (R) out to right side, hold for 3 beats.

5-8

On ball of (R) make ½ turn to right stepping (L) to left side, hold for 3 beats.

9-12

On ball of (L) make ½ turn to left stepping (R) to right side, hold for 3 beats.

13-16

On ball of (R) make ¼ turn right stepping (L) to left side, hold for 3 beats.
